To further address these concerns, RPC, Inc. has introduced a confidential Business Abuse Hotline. The hotline is administered by an independent third-party provider called Whistleblower Security. This hotline was introduced to provide a means to anonymously report unethical or illegal activity that could damage our company.

The Company also has a process for interested parties, including stockholders, to send communications to the Board of Directors, Lead Director, any of the non-management directors as a group and of all Committees. All communications received from interested parties are forwarded to the Board of Directors.
